DESCRIPTION
Takes decision on the quality standard maintained in the outlets in consultation with the Brand principle and the Brand Manager – Hospitality division
Responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to the guest.
Take table reservations and effectively control the flow of guest in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover.
Receive guest feedback and monitors guest satisfaction.
Report any problems in the surroundings
Perform all opening / running / closing duties.
Ensure that sufficient number of menus are available at all time and are in proper condition.
Ensure complete understanding of the operation philosophy of each of our restaurants and conveys the same to enquiring customers.
Share knowledge of all products i.e. food and drinks.
Act as a role model to new Employees by displaying a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Ensure timely table visits are done to ensure smooth operations and collect guest feedback on the dining experience
Strictly abide by the brand’s grooming standards
Has to represent as a Brand Ambassador to the guest
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor in Hotel or Restaurant Management or any related discipline.
Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in premium restaurant brands, 2-3 yrs of which are in a managerial capacity
Proficient in MS office suite
Fluent in English both written and verbal. French/Arabic is a plus.
Well-presented and able to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
